Each package contains 2 Short Ribs weighing approximately 1.5–3.0 lbs.
Every animal and every cut is a little different. Because our beef is hand-cut and individually packaged, each package will vary slightly in weight.
When you place your order, we'll hand-select your beef and charge you for the exact weight of the package we pull to fulfill your order.
