We’ve taken the guesswork out of ordering bulk beef. A quarter beef is one of the most economical ways to fill your freezer with high-quality, homegrown beef, perfect for families who love having meal options ready to go. Our pre-packaged quarters include a curated mix of our most popular cuts, making it simple and stress-free.

At check out you will need to choose quarter 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. We charge $5.75/lb hanging weight + a fee for vac seal bags. Vacuum sealed bags better protection from freezer burn, ensure longer-lasting freezer quality, and easy-to-identify cuts. Hanging weight refers to the weight of the animal after it has been harvested and the hide, head, and internal organs have been removed. It is the industry standard used to determine the final cost of your bulk beef order.

A ¼ beef typically fills about 4.5 cubic feet of freezer space.

Processing Details

Your beef was processed at a USDA-inspected facility, ensuring quality, safety, and proper handling from start to finish.

Packaging Info:
Your beef is packaged in vacuum-seal (Vac Seal) bags, which help lock in freshness, flavor, and nutrients longer than traditional packaging. While vacuum-sealing adds a bit to the cost, it’s well worth it for the extended shelf life and quality you get. This cost is included in the final price.

Shipping & Delivery

At checkout, please select “Pick Up at Farm” regardless of your location. We will reach out to arrange pick up, local delivery, or shipping.

Shipping:
Shipping is available for ¼ beef orders within the SpeeDee Delivery service area (SD, ND, MN, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, and Wisconsin). Rates vary by location. We will contact you after purchase to confirm shipping details and invoice the shipping cost separately.
