Beef Brisket

Smoke it, grill it, or braise it — cook it low and slow, and no matter how you cook it, you won't be disappointed with our flavorful briskets. Briskets are cut into smaller sizes as we have a higher demand for smaller cuts.

Package Information

Briskets range from approximately 2.5–12 lbs. Select your brisket size from the dropdown at checkout. If you'd like a full brisket (around 12 lbs) or have a specific size preference, please email us at backfortybeef@gmail.com and we'll set one aside with our next butcher date.

Every animal and every cut is a little different. Because our beef is hand-cut and individually packaged, each package will vary slightly in weight. When you place your order, we'll charge you for the exact weight of the brisket we pull to fulfill your order.
