Country Fried Steak

Looking for a quick meal idea using Cubed Steak? Add some mashed potatoes and gravy and this will be a regular in your dinnertime meal plans.
Ingredients
- Three pounds of Back Forty Beef Cubed Steak
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 package of Pioneer brand peppered gravy mix
- Potatoes and your favorite mashed recipe
- Defrost Back Forty Beef Cubed Steak.
- Mix milk and eggs in one bowl.
- In a second bowl, mix flour, seasoned salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place meat in the milk and egg bowl, turning to coat each piece. Then place meat in the flour mix bowl, again turning to coat. Once done, place meat on a clean plate. Repeat until every piece is complete.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add a teaspoon of butter and a few sprinkles of flour. When the butter sizzles, place meat in the pan.
- Cook each piece of meat for about two minutes on each side until golden brown.
- After the meat is cooked, use the remaining grease for your Pioneer gravy mix.
- Place cooked meat over a bed of mashed potatoes, pour some gravy on top, and enjoy!
