Chuck roast cooked on the grill

Chuck Roast on the Grill

Looking to change up your roast game? We recommend putting your roast on the grill for a delicious flavor.

Defrost the roast, then drizzle vegetable or olive oil on the roast. Mix your favorite spices (or use the suggestion below) in a bowl and coat the roast with spices.

We recommend:

  • One tbsp minced onion
  • One tsp chili powder
  • One tsp paprika
  • One tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • Two tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt

Slow smoke on the grill at 225 degrees for about two hours.

TIP — lay tin foil down on the grill and place the roast on the foil.

Once the roast reaches 140 degrees, remove it from the grill, wrap it in tin foil, and allow the temperature to rise to a final resting temp of 145 degrees.
