Cheeseburger Soup
Share
Creamy, cheesy, and beefy...all the things that make the best soup to warm up on a cold day.
The first time I made this recipe it was actually supposed to be taco soup. Well, I started making the soup and realized I didn't have all the ingredients needed to make a true taco soup. So, it turned into my own version of Cheeseburger Soup. It turned into the BEST cooking mistake ever!
Ingredients
- 1 lb of Back Forty Ground Beef
- 1 lb of Velveeta Cheese
- 1 10 oz can of Cream Corn
- 2 10 oz cans of Rotel
- 2 10 oz cans of French Onion Soup
- Brown hamburger and drain any grease.
- While the hamburger is browning, cube up the Velveeta Cheese.
- Once the cheese is cubed, mix it into the crockpot along with the Cream Corn, Rotel, and French Onion Soup.
- Add hamburger once browned.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for two hours stirring occasionally.
