With a three-year-old in the house, we are always searching for toddler-approved dishes. This one passed with flying colors!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of Back Forty Ground Beef
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 onion
- Grands dinner biscuits
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Canola cooking spray
- Mustard (around 1 cup)
- Ketchup (around 1 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Brown two pounds of Back Forty Beef hamburger. Drain grease.
- Salt and pepper hamburger to taste.
- Add ketchup and mustard to taste. You want enough ketchup and mustard to have a little liquid left.
- Add onions, pickles, and egg to the frying pan. Fry for 3–5 minutes.
- Spray pan.
- Add hamburger mixture to the pan and spread out.
- Add cheese.
- Tear up Grands biscuits into chunks and place on top of the hamburger mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- When removing from the pan, the hamburger mixture should stick to the bottom of the biscuits. You can also scoop up the remaining mixture and place it on top of the biscuits.
