Air fryer steak bites

Air Fryer Steak Bites

Your kids will enjoy these nutritious, quick and easy Steak Bites.

Ingredients

  • One pound of Back Forty Beef Cubed Steak
  • 6 cups of potato chips (Doritos may add a little cheesy flavor)
  • 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 bowls
  1. Defrost Back Forty Beef Cubed Steak.
  2. Cut cubed steak into 1-inch squares.
  3. Place chips in a food processor. If you do not have a food processor, place chips in a zip-lock baggie and smash them into very small, fine pieces.
  4. Combine pepper and flour in a shallow bowl. Place chips and eggs into two separate shallow bowls.
  5. Dip steak pieces in flour, then egg, then crushed chips. As you dip, turn steak pieces to coat all sides and firmly press chips onto the steak. If the chips are not firmly on the steak, they will fall off in the air fryer.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  7. Place pieces on the rack without overcrowding. Cook 7–9 minutes until the outside is golden brown and the beef has reached an internal temperature of 160°F. Every air fryer may differ on time.
