We do require a $300 deposit to reserve your beef. We accept check or cash for bulk beef payments. The remaining amount is due after the processing and final fees from the locker are finished. We charge $4.25/lb hanging weight which includes processing costs. 1/4 beef fills around 4.5 cubic feet of freezer space.
One 1/4 is approximently 230lbs hanging weight. Each quarter size varies depending on the animal.
This beef will be processed at a SD USDA inspected facility. You will get to customize your beef and will be sent a cut sheet to select your cuts when your beef is taken to the locker. We can help you with this process if needed.
